No need for a PC!It will let you send and receive CW, PSK31 and RTTY by usingyour device keyboard. You can also use an external Bluetoothkeyboard.You can set up to 20 macros to that can use dynamic symbols tohave Call, Name, QTH and Locator automatically updated.It connects to your KX3 by using the USB Serial cable that comeswith the radio. You canselect a DIT duration from 1 to 60 seconds and choose one of the 3supported modes: QRSS, FSK/CW and DFCW.You need to connect the audio out of your Android device to theaudio in of your radio and an enable VOX.How it works:1. Choose the message you want to send (eg. IU4APC JN64DD)2. Set the DIT duration (from 1 to 60 seconds). The appautomatically calculates the message duration and the minimum frameduration.3. Optionally set a custom frame duration (the time between thestart of every message repetition). Frame duration can’t be smallerthan message duration.4. Select the mode: QRSS (slow CW), FSK/CW or DFCW5. Select the center frequency (between 450Hz and 550Hz)6. For FSK/CW and DFCW you can select if you want the shift to behigher or lower the main frequency7.
